I love this idea. I think too often we jump in with the intent to help but if kind words aren't given first, it gets difficult to see that criticism is meant to improve. Praise first, and throughout, is an incredible thing.
I agree, Rosalyn. And, as with criticism, I feel like the more specific the praise is, the more helpful it is. This post was a good reminder for me. Thank you!
